ACARA Field Day menu

 

Saturday dinner:
Cheeseburgers. Our own local dry aged beef with sauteed onions and aged cheddar on a Crumbs Bakery birdseed bun with chips and Frogranch pickles.
Vegetarian beans and rice. Black beans with carrots and onions with brown rice.
Marinated tofu. Tofu marinated in our own sauce with sauteed onions and our aged cheese on Crumbs birdseed bread with chips and pickles.

Sunday breakfast:
Cheesy eggs. Local Brite Farm eggs with sauteed onions and aged cheese.
Yogurt with granola and fruit. Snowville vanilla yogurt with Crumbs granola and local fruit from the farmers market.

Sunday lunch:
Turkey sandwiches. Turkey breast with onions and our aged cheese on Crumbs birdseed bread with chips and pickles. Served hot or cold.

There will be Dawn Chorus coffee available the entire time.
